Hi I’m Sharon,
I'm a Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructor with a passion for helping people move better, build strength, and enjoy movement with confidence.
I've always been drawn to movement. From a background in performing arts and previously working as a group fitness instructor, to running, playing tennis and regularly practising yoga and Pilates, movement has always been an important part of my life.
I became particularly drawn to Pilates because of the way it builds strength from the inside out. I love the combination of controlled movement, stability, mobility and mindful awareness and, most importantly, how that strength can translate into everyday life. I believe Pilates should feel welcoming, supportive and accessible to everyone, regardless of age, experience or fitness level.
My approach is warm and encouraging, while still focusing on good technique, alignment and purposeful movement. I want you to feel challenged, but also confident in adapting exercises to what your body needs on any given day. My aim is to create a space where you can enjoy movement, build confidence and leave every session feeling stronger than when you arrived.
Whether you're joining a weekly class or booking a personalised 1:1 session, I'd love to help you feel stronger, move better and enjoy everything your body is capable of.
A Little More About My Approach
My interest in wellbeing extends beyond movement. I've always enjoyed cooking from scratch and learning about nutrition, and I believe that understanding how we move and how we fuel our bodies can play an important role in helping us feel stronger and more energised.
I'm particularly passionate about supporting women as they navigate the changes that can come with midlife using movement, strength and informed choices around nutrition to help us feel capable, confident and better equipped for everyday life.
Ultimately, I want to create a space where you can build strength, improve mobility and learn to work with your body rather than against it.
Pilates for Runners
A Special Interest in Helping Runners
As a runner myself, I've been running for over 10 years and have completed the 2026 London Marathon. I understand the importance of building strength, improving mobility and looking after your body alongside your training. Pilates has become an important part of how I support my own movement and strength.
While my weekly Pilates classes are open to everyone, I also have a special interest in helping runners move more efficiently, feel stronger and support their running through Pilates. Runner-focused workshops, and online programmes will be introduced in the future.
